Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier. AdvoCare Home Health Services LLC is not responsible for any charges billed by your mobile provider.

You may unsubscribe from SMS messages at any time by:
- Replying STOP to any message (a final confirmation message will be sent)
- Contacting us directly at 614-895-1783 to request removal from the SMS list
- Leaving the SMS consent box unchecked on forms
After opting out, you may receive a one-time confirmation message acknowledging your request.
